The use of neon colours on the t-shirt creates a contrast of natural vs. man-made, and is intended to showcase the damage the human civilization has inflicted on nature.

Occupying the high-altitude grasslands and rainforests in the Democratic Republic of Congo, this elusive and endangered bird has only been sighted a handful of times in the last few decades. Logging, forest clearing and mining have pushed this species to the brink of extinction.
